About Us

Stephan qualified at the University of Pretoria in 1989. He enlisted in the South African Airforce and worked as a dental officer in several airforce bases around South Africa.

He then worked as a lecturer at the Medical University of South Africa (MEDUNSA) in Restorative Dentistry and also in private practice until he started as an NHS associate in the UK, including Uxbridge and High Wycombe. In 2000 he set up Islington Green Dental Practice (IGDP) and has since been the principal dentist at this private practice.

Stephan developed a special interest in orthodontics and has since made a name for himself in the FASTBRACES® community. He presents seminars all over the world about FASTBRACES®, including the UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia, Canada, the USA, South Africa and India.

José graduated in Portugal at Fernando Pessoa University in 2006. Since early he developed an interest in Oral Surgery and Implants which lead him to specialise in that field at I.S.C.S – Norte in Portugal.

He is a member of the International Team for Implantology regularly attending their meetings and congresses. He can provide implant treatments, LASER treatments, minimally invasive surgery to treat gum recession (Pinhole Surgery), Lumineers (minimally invasive veneers) and if you are a nervous patient sedation will be provided.

José’s hobbies are: Cinema, books, gym, rock climbing and since he is also a “petrol head” he has a passion for cars and motorbikes.

With roots in Spain & London, Chris qualified in Spain’s Complutense University (Madrid) before moving back to the UK. Since then he has worked in practice in Norfolk & London, developing a passion for restorative dentistry.

Chris firmly believes dentistry should be done in the most minimally invasive, highly aesthetic way. This passion has led him to invest heavily in postgraduate education with some of the world’s best, keeping up to date with new treatments to offer the highest quality, evidence-based care for his patients.

His main areas of interest are smile design through composite or minimally invasive ceramic restorations and Invisalign.

A creative at heart, outside of the dental studio Chris loves to produce music & spins some tunes on the decks. Feel free to request your favourite track when you visit.

Gaj qualified from Bart’s and the London Dental school, in 2015. Following this, he took up a vocational training post in South-East London, when he also gained the Diploma of Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. Since then, Gaj had worked throughout private practice carrying out numerous aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry.

In 2017, Gaj began a 2-year postgraduate diploma in clinical implant dentistry at Newcastle University, which he completed with merit. It was following this, that Gaj decided to focus his everyday practice on the fields of Periodontology and Implantology. He completed the full-time 3-year specialist training programme in Periodontology and Implantology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, when he also worked as a specialist registrar in the periodontology team at University College London Hospital. He is accredited by the European federation of Periodontology and is also a member of the International Team for Implantology.

Having completed his specialist training, Gaj practices the highest standard of periodontal care. He has a varied skillset providing treatment modalities such as non-surgical and surgical treatment of periodontal disease, correction of gum recession, gum recontouring of “gummy” smiles, implant rehabilitation of missing teeth and management of peri-implant disease.

Outside of dentistry, Gaj is an avid sports fan and is happy to talk about all things Arsenal.
