Our private fees are designed to be fair and to enable us to offer patients the freedom of choice to have advanced treatments.

This is a summary of the fees we charge. It is only a guide and can vary depending on your needs.
All comments and suggestions are welcomed and taken very seriously because they help us to continually improve our services to patients.
You will receive a full printed estimate at the time of your examination and if changes occur in your treatment cost.
Please discuss your treatment estimate with your dentist or one of the practice managers if you are unsure about anything.

Other Fees
Late cancellations and not attending your appointment may result in an additional fee to be charged to cover for our time. This fee stands currently at £30 for every 15 minutes.


Full payment will be due before completion of your course of treatment

Cash, debit and credit card payments are accepted, including American Express and Diners Club. We do not accept cheque payments anymore.
Please be prepared to pay towards your treatment with each visit. We can’t accept payment installments after treatment has been completed.
Please discuss any problems regarding payment with the practice manager. The reception staff will not be able to assist you in this matter.
Your treatment plan may allow for a financial compromise. Your dentist will be happy to provide an alternative treatment plan if possible.
Please retain all your payment receipts for your records. A financial statement of your payment history is available on request.

Simply-health Professionals

(Formerly DENPLAN)

Starting from £18.50 a month, you will be entitled to:

  • Two dental check-ups per year including dental x-rays.

  • Two hygienist visits per year.

  • Any necessary fillings and procedures as agreed with your dentist.

  • As a mandatory part of your dental payment plan, Simplyhealth Professionals arranges Supplementary Insurance for you.

  • It provides you with cover towards the cost of eligible dental treatment received as a result of a dental injury or dental emergency, both in the UK and abroad.

  • Please be advised that treatment provided by another provider in the practice will be charged at the private rates.

Practice Plan

For £24.50 a month, you will be entitled to:

  • Two dental check-ups per year including dental x-rays.

  • Two hygienist visits per year.

  • Assessment of emergencies and dental pain with any temporary treatment required, carried out at the practice during normal surgery hours.

  • All treatment planning for your future dental needs.

  • All subsequent remedial work within 12 months of recommended restorative work.

  • 20% reduction off any laboratory-based treatments required, i.e. crowns, bridges and dentures.

  • 20% reduction off any fillings.

  • 20% reduction off other dental work (extractions, etc.)

  • 20% reduction off any additional hygiene work.

  • Worldwide Trauma insurance to protect against the cost of large unforeseen accidental damage.

  • Emergency Call-Out insurance, should you need a dentist in an emergency, anywhere in the world.

Some procedures are not covered under this scheme, for instance, specialist treatment, orthodontic procedures and implants. Please ask you dentist for more information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the absence of prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our charges is required on receipt of our invoice. Failure to make payment within 28 days of the due date will result in the matter being referred to our debt collection agents whose charges will be added to, and payable with the invoice debt.
